Singer of a different kind

This blind Iban man is a gifted muscian and thank god, his singing skill is now earning him some income for himself and his family. We see this kind of street musicians/singers in many towns all over Sarawak. They are normally brought to some open spaces near crowded markets or shopping complexes by relatives or friends who sometime also help to set up the keyboard and loud speakers. These musical instruments are nowadays very mobile as they are battery-operated. Many of these blind singers are the Ibans and they can only sing Iban songs.Their singing may not be any where near perfect, but their courage and determination really deserve our praise.

Good suggestion, Gagaruman. But who is going to bring this up to the Ministry. May be ask the Minister to read this blog.
